| ［摘要］目的 了解云南省不同地区高校医科大学生艾滋病知识水平、态度、行为的状况，为进一步开展好健康教育提供科学依据．方法 随机分层整群抽取位于云南省不同地区（昆明市、大理市）的2所高校（昆明医科大学、大理大学）一至二年级的医学生各300名进行匿名问卷调查．结果 处于云南省艾滋病不同流行区的两所高校（昆明医科大学、大理大学）的医学生对艾滋病相关知识的掌握、对待艾滋病患者或HIV感染者的态度、对防范艾滋病的保护性行为及其态度的认识方面昆明医科大学的医学生优于大理大学的医学生，差异有统计学义．结论 地处云南省艾滋病高度流行区的大理大学医学生对艾滋病相关知识的掌握和防范艾滋病的保护性行为及其态度的认识相对薄弱，应针对性地加强艾滋病健康教育． |

| A Comparative Study on HIV/AIDS Education for Medical Students from Medical Universities in Different Regions of Yunnan |

| ［Abstract］Objective To understand HIV/AIDS knowledge，attitude and behavior among medical students from different medical universities in Yunnan，and provide a scientific basis for a better health education strategy. Methods Using stratified random cluster sampling method， 600 （300 from each university）freshmen and sophomores from two universities（Kunming Medical University and Dali University）were selected and surveyed by anonymous questionnaire. Results There were statistically significant differences on HIV/AIDS knowledge，attitude toward AIDS patients and HIV infected populations，awareness and attitude on protective sexual behaviors between students from the two universities，with better situation of medical students from Kunming Medical University. Conclusion Medical students from Dali University have insufficient knowledge on HIV/AIDS，inadequate awareness on protective sexual behaviors， which should be improved by targeted health education on HIV/AIDS. |
