| ［摘要］目的 探讨原发性高血压（EH）合并缺血性脑卒中（IS）患者血尿酸（SUA）水平与踝-臂脉搏波传导速度（baPWV）的关系．方法 随机选择43例EH伴IS患者，57例单纯性EH患者和49例体检健康者．测定SUA水平及baPWV，对高血压患者的SUA与baPWV进行相关性分析．结果（1）单纯性EH及EH合并IS患者的收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）、脉压（PP）、SUA、baPWV的平均值均高于健康人群；EH合并IS患者的SUA、baPWV的平均值均高于单纯性EH患者；（2）在校正了年龄、SBP、DBP、PP、TG后进行偏相关分析，SUA与baPWV呈显著正相关（r＝0.451，P＝0.001）；多元线性回归分析显示SUA、PP是baPWV的影响因素．结论 EH患者SUA水平与baPWV相关，可作为baPWV的独立预测因子，SUA可能是高血压脑卒中的危险因素． |

| ［Abstract］Objective To investigate correlation between level of serum uric acid（SUA）and brachial ankle pulse wave（baPWV）in essential hypertension（EH）with ischemic stroke（IS）patients．Methods Forty-three patients with EH with IS，fifty-seven patients with EH and 49 normal subjects were selected randomly . All subjects were measured SUA and baPWV．we evaluated the association of SUA and baPWV in EH with IS patients．Results （1）The mean levels of Systolic blood pressure （SBP），diastolic blood pressure（DBP），Pulse pressure（PP）， the mean levels of SUA and baPWV were significantly higher in EH patients and EH with IS patients than control Patients ；the mean levels of SUA and baPWV in EH with IS patients were higher than EH patients（P＜0.05）.（2）After adjusting the factors of age，SBP，DBP，PP， triglyceride（TG）were still positively correlated（r = 0.451，P＜0.001） by partial correlation analysis.The multiple linear regression analysis showed that SUA and PP were the predictors of baPWV. Conclusion SUA is positively correlated with baPWV in patients with essential hypertension，and it can be used as an independent predictor. SUA is also the risk for patients with hypertension and stroke. |
