蛇毒抗菌肽Cathelicidin对大肠杆菌抗菌性的研究

摘要:
[摘要]目的 探讨蛇毒抗菌肽(Cathelicidin)和头孢哌酮舒巴坦对大肠杆菌的抗菌作用.方法 选用临床上感染最常见的两种致病菌普通大肠杆菌(E. coli ATCC 25922)和耐头孢菌素大肠杆菌,分为A组(普通大肠杆菌组)、B组(蛇毒抗菌肽Cathelicidin抗耐头孢菌素大肠杆菌组)及C组(头孢哌酮舒巴坦抗耐头孢菌素大肠杆菌组)进行体外抑菌实验并得出U值(抗菌活性单位).结果 A组中,低浓度和高浓度头孢哌酮舒巴坦溶液的U分别为(150±10)U和(230±20)U,抗菌肽水溶液的U为(60±0)U;B组中,抗菌肽水溶液的U为63.3±11.5 U;C组中,低浓度和高浓度头孢哌酮舒巴坦溶液的U均为(0±0)U.结论 头孢哌酮舒巴坦对耐头孢菌素大肠杆菌的抗菌作用不明显,但对普通大肠杆菌(E. coli ATCC 25922)的抗菌作用很明显;蛇毒抗菌肽(Cathelicidin)对耐头孢菌素大肠杆菌、普通大肠杆菌的作用提示蛇毒抗菌肽(Cathelicidin)具有稳定的抗菌活性.

Abstract:
[Abstract]Objective To explore the antimicrobial activity of snake venom antimicrobial peptide(Cathelicidin)against E. coli.Method The two most common pathogens of the cephalosporin-resistant E. coli and E. coli ATCC 25922 in clinical infection were selected to evaluate the antimicrobial activity of snake venom antimicrobial peptide(Cathelicidin) against E. coli.Result The inhibitory activity of Cefoperazone and sulbactam on cephalosporin-resistant E. coli was not obvious,but was obvious on ordinary E. coli(E. coli ATCC 25922).The inhibitory activity of snake venom antimicrobial peptide(Cathelicidin)on cephalosporin-resistant E. coli and ordinary E. coli was obvious.Conclusion Snake venom antimicrobial peptide (Cathelicidin)has stable antibacterial activity
