| 摘 要： | 目的探讨严重多发伤的评估及救治方法.方法回顾性分析2004至2007年289例严重多发伤患者的资料.结果RTS评分2分185例,RTS评分1分86例,RTS评分0分18例.治愈143例,好转98例,重残19例,死亡29例.结论重视院前急救、正确的创伤评估、早期救治与合理手术及重要脏器的有效支持是提高抢救成功率的关键.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the method of evaluation and treatment in patients with severe multiple-trauma.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed to analyze 289 patient＇s clinical data during 2004～2007,all the patients were assessed by RTS （Revised Trauma Score） system on the bases of injury severity.Result 185 patients scored 2,85 patients scored 1,and 18 patients scored 0.143 got complete recovery,98 experienced improvement and 19 experienced severe deformity. 29 patient died.Conclusion The proper pre-hospital care, the proper evaluation of injury severity, early aggressive treatment, appropriate operation and the effective support of the major organ＇s function are important.All these play the key roles in improving the outcome of patients with severe multiple trauma. |
