余甘果的营养成分研究

摘    要:对余甘果所含营养成分(蛋白质、脂类、维生素和人体必需无机元素)进行了综合分析。结果表明,余甘果中蛋白质、维生素B1,B2,C及微量元素K,Zn,Fe,Mn含量丰富。余甘果具有很高的营养保健价值,可作为生产保健食品的优质原料,具有广阔的开发利用前景。

Abstract:he nutritive components of the fruits of phyllanthus embica L,including protein,Iipid, vitamin and human essential inorganic elements were analysed in this stud.The re-sults showedthat it was rich in protein,VitB1,VitB2,VitC,K,Zn,Fe,Mn. It hashigher nutritional health-protecting value an is a kind of good raw material for makinghealthy food.There is a broad prospect of exploiting it.
