摘    要:目的制备人参皂苷Rg1(Ginsenoside Rg1)脂质体,考察其稳定性.方法以薄膜分散-超声法制备脂质体,采用正交设计确定最优处方,考察工艺条件以及处方组成对主要成分包封率的影响以及脂质体储存过程中的稳定性.结果薄膜-超声法制备的脂质体为小单室脂质体,平均粒径在(2.54±0.5)μm,包封率为(51.20±1.5)%,在4℃下稳定性考察各项指标均无明显改变.结论Rg1脂质体包封率高,稳定性良好。

Abstract:Objective To prepare ginsenoside Rgl liposomes and investigate the stability of Rgl liposomes. Methods Rgl liposomes were prepared with thin-film ultrasonic dispersion technology; Optimization of Rgl liposomes by orthogonal design, the effect of process parameters and composition of materials on the entrapment efficiency of the main components were studied. The stability of the liposomes dispersion was also evaluated. Results The liposomes made by thin-film dispersion method were mostly small unilamellar vesicles and their mean particle size was (2.54±0.5)μm. The optimum entrapment efficiency was (51.20±1.5)%, the study on the stability showed Rgl liposome was stable at 4℃. Conclusion Rgl liposomes have high encapsulation efficiency and good stability.
