| ［摘要］目的 运用固定临时冠桥或■垫式可摘局部义齿2种方法修复重度磨耗伴牙列缺损的临床效果分析，以确定哪种方法在过渡性咬合重建中的效果更佳．方法 采用固定临时冠桥或■垫式可摘局部义齿作为重度磨耗伴牙列缺损过渡性修复方式，暂时性恢复患者的面下1/3垂直距离，恢复部分的咬合关系，改善关节症状．随访后，患者自觉感觉良好，观察2种过渡修复方法后的咀嚼效率．结果 患者试戴2种修复体后均感觉舒适，牙周无压痛、面容丰满美观，关节区无胀痛不适，咀嚼功能改善明显，食物嵌塞解除，但固定临时冠桥在修复后的咀嚼效率提高，两者比较有统计学意义（P＜0.05）．结论 固定临时冠桥修复咀嚼效率优于■垫式可摘局部义齿修复． |

| ［Abstract］Objective The study was aimed to determine a better way in transitional occlusal reconstruction by comparing the restorative effects of fixed temporary crown and bridge or splint removable partial dentures. Methods Fixed temporary crown and bridge and splint removable partial denture for dentition defect were used as transitional restorative ways of severe abrasion to restore 1/3 vertical distance of patients temporarily，recover occlusal relationship， and improve joint symptoms. The effects of the two ways were observed by follow-up. Results After wearing the two prosthesis， patients consciously feel comfortable without pain. The two ways could improve beauty of face and masticatory function and eliminate food impaction， but the fixed temporary crown and bridge was more effective in improving masticatory function than splint removable partial dentures. Conclusion Temporary crown and bridge repair was superior to splint fixed pad removable partial denture in improving masticatory function in patients. |
