| ［摘要］目的 对剖宫产手术行腰硬联合麻醉对术中低血压的预防进行研究．方法 资料随机选取2012年9月至2013年9月昆明市延安医院收治的通过腰硬联合麻醉进行剖宫产的82例患者，分为研究组和对照组，给予对照组患者常规准备，研究组在对照组患者的基础上实施规范的、系统的术前和术中干预，并对2组临床资料进行回顾性分析．结果 研究组术中产生低血压的比例是12.20%，明显低于对照组21.95%，比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）．研究组患者的满意度为97.56%，明显优于对照组的满意度87.80%，组间比较存在差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）．结论 对患者实施必要的术前和术中干预，可以有效减少腰硬联合麻醉后实施剖宫产手术患者术中低血压的发生，使患者降低各种痛苦，有效促进手术之后其功能的恢复，值得在临床推广应用． |

| ［Abstract］Objective The study was aimed to investigate the prevention and treatment of intraoperative hypotension with combined spinal-epidural anesthesia for cesarean section. Methods Eighty-two patients were randomly selected who underwent cesarean section under combined spinal and epidural anesthesia from September 2012 to September 2013 in our hospital. Patients were divided into research and control groups. The general preparation was given to patients in the control group， and a standard and systematic of preoperative and intraoperative intervention were implemented for patients in the research group. Their clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. Results The percentage of intraoperative hypotension happened in the research group was 12.20%，which was significantly lower than that in the control group（21.95%），with a statistical significant difference（P < 0.05）. The patient's satisfaction was 97.56% in the research group，which was superior to 87.80% in the control group（P < 0.05）. Conclusion The necessary preoperative and intraoperative intervention could effectively reduce the occurrence of hypotension during combined spinal-epidural anesthesia for cesarean section， relieve the sufferings of the patient，and effectively promote the recovery after surgery. It is worthy to be widely applied. |
